Placement in an age division is based on both the child’s age (as of 7/31) and their weight. Your child will be placed in the youngest age division which their age and weight will allow. Final placements will be made at equipment handout on 7/17/2010.  Please bring your child at the following times to be weighed in and fitted for equipment:

            The parent / coaches meetings are informative meetings where the program and coaches will give you all of the information that you need for the upcoming season.

Every player that plays in the Greater Baltimore Youth Football League must have a league photo ID in order to play.  Any player that is new to our organization, whose current ID card has expired, or is changing player weight classifications will need a new ID card this year.  You will be told if your son our daughter needs a new ID card at equipment handout.

 

There is a nominal $5 fee that goes to the league and you will need an ORIGINAL birth certificate, passport, or military ID to receive one.  If you do not have the ORIGINAL, please come and get the ID card done on Sunday, August 1^st.  The league will hold the ID Card until the ORIGINAL documentation is presented.

 

Monday, August 2^nd

Your coaches will give you the time and location at Stemmers Run Middle School that they will be practicing at your team meetings or equipment handout.

 

Saturday, August 7^th from 7am til

For the last 3 years Stembridge Football & Cheerleading has sponsored a Flea Market and Car Wash at Stemmers Run Middle School.  This year the annual Flea Market and Car Wash will be held on Saturday, August 7^th from 7am until it is over, usually afternoon.  The concession stand will be open, we’ll have a dunking booth with the coaches taking turns in it.  So come join the fun and hopefully sell some of your excess stuff.

 

Player Physicals

            I have also attached a copy of our standard physical form.  Each player must have a physical completed before the first game on Saturday August 28^th.  To help facilitate this, Stembridge

Football has Dr. Loh come to the equipment room to do this.  His cost is $15 and he donates all of the money back to the program.  Dr. Loh will be in the equipment room for physicals on

Tuesday, August 17^th at 6:00pm.  You can also have them done at his office as well,  Dr John Loh, 1124 Mace Avenue Baltimore, MD 21221-3315, (410) 391-6996 ask for Wanda Sprague and she can set it up for you.  You can also go to your regular physician, have him sign this form or attach his signature and information to the form and fill out the rest of the information for us.
